- Extensive knowledge of ASP.NET, C#, OOPS

- Good understanding of database (MS SQL, MS Access, Oracle)

- Extensive knowledge of .NET framework 2.0/ 3.5 /4.0, WCF, WPF, Web Services, AJAX, MS SQL Server,Jquery, JavaScript, MVC Framework.

- Scrum or Agile Methodologies

- Understanding requirements & implementing solutions

- Optimization of web applications & oracle queries using

- Modern technology techniques

- Testing and debugging code as and when required

- Working with distributed design and testing teams

- Idea of OOPS concept, XML, HTML, CSS, JS, JQuery, Ajax
