    Principal Accountability:

        Responsible for business target achievement through sale of life insurance products to NTB customers of partner bank.
        Responsible for branch activation & lead generator (LG) activation through regular engagement with partner branch staff.
        Conduct regular sales activities within branch and catchment areas to generate leads.
        Liaise with and assist acquisition team of partner bank to build customer base.
        Ensure adherence to end to end business process with in the specified timelines.
        Adhering to regulatory requirements & monitoring quality of business.
        Ensure timey resolution of queries and complaints, and controlling the instances of adverse customer experience.

    Skill & Knowledge:
        Should be presentable with good communication skills.
        Should be good at relationship building/management.
        Should have excellent communication, inter personal and managerial skills.
        Should have understanding of Insurance and related financial market products.
        Ability to work effectively in highly demanding and competitive environment.

    Qualification & experience:

    Educational Qualifications:Bachelor degree in business, commerce, science, hospitality or arts.

    Exeperience: More than one years’ experience in Sales in Life Insurance Industry
