    JOB DESCRIPTION:

    Job Purpose:
    Achieves maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration within an assigned territory and/or market segment by effectively selling the company’s products and/or related services. To serve customers by selling products; meeting customer needs.



    Principal Accountability:

        To be responsible for minimum 1-3 branches of the NBFC.
        To accomplish the day to day activities on various tasks to the Sales functionalities, achieving NB & RB targets.
        Minimum 1-2 branch visit in a day. Minimum distance between two branches is 20km.
        Manage the policy servicing issues of the sourced policies on a day to day basis
        Customer interaction, closures, proper documentation, death claim settlement & coordinating with branch staff.
        Coordinating with local office for smooth operations and ensure proper servicing to the bank and its customers.
        Extensive travelling by own vehicle.



    Skill & Knowledge:
        Knowledge of Operational functions.
           Preferred written & verbal communication skills in English/Local language. .



    Qualification & experience:

    Educational Qualifications:GRADUATE (Any Stream)

    Exeperience: Minimum 0.6-2 years of experience preferably in insurance industry.
